Replacement of products is possible within 1 (one) week from the date of purchase. Products can only be exchanged with the purchase invoice and ID card.
It is not possible to replace damaged and used products.
Products cannot be replaced if the packaging is damaged.
Products on offer cannot be exchanged.
Seasonal products do not change after the end of the season (even if less than a week has passed since the purchase).
It is not possible to return the money but to exchange products with other products.
In the case of defective products, they are checked by our service and you will be answered within 48 hours for the reason of the defect.
